I grew up in the Rustburg area of Campbell County and I still live close to Rustburg, although my heart belongs to the mountains of Amherst County, where most of my family still lives. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 1990, where I majored in Animal Science and minored in Agricultural Economics, and I have twenty-seven years of experience in sales and customer service. One area that I specialize in is property in rural areas, both homes and undeveloped land. Coming from a rural and agricultural background, I understand the unique issues involved with this sort of property. I am also a member of the Dawson Ford Garbee REO Team, which specializes in selling distressed/foreclosed properties.

I have two children, 1 Miniature Schnauzer, 4 horses and 2 cats. I am a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, where I serve as treasurer, am a member of the Communication Committee, Finance Committee, and Endowment Fund Committee. My hobbies include horseback riding, gardening, and shopping for antiques.
